Snowblower

My daughter wanted to get involved with the Threadless contest this year after trying her hand at the Connecticut cake Competition and winning 1 st place. She chose Snowblower because she thought it was very cute. She baked 2 cakes, 1st the Wilton Wonder mold pan and a small pyrex bowl. She then mixed and sculpted her characters out of fondant and the elephants head. She sculpted and iced both cakes and covered the elephants body with fondant. The small snow covered hill she iced with buttercream and covered with white sugar sprinkles. The family loved eating her creation!
