Description
I just discovered this contest but wanted to do something. I'm not a baker and have had no training whatsoever.
I wanted to stick with primarily buttercream for this and limit the fondant. He is sitting on marshmallow fondant and the horns, eye and sign are made from fondant. The writing on the sign is hand pipped and his entire body is covered in buttercream frosting after circles were cut from a sheet cake and stacked with buttercream in between. There was a bit of carving and he was dirty iced. I think he's super cute but hey I'm biased...
