Description
This cake took me a total of three days to make. The first day I made the lemon filling. The second day I made the fondant and then the third day I made the cake and decorated it. I just started my own cake business and was looking for a reason to try out my new lemon meringue cake recipe and this was the perfect reason! It is a four layer cake with lemon filling between each layer and covered in a meringue icing. I make my cakes with natural and organic ingredients, it makes me feel better about feeding it to my daughter. :) If you like lemon meringue pie, which I do, you'll love this lemon meringue cake!
