A Penguin cake by PG Heneghan

Description

I made the cake from a box, and turned it into sheetcake so I could carve the cake. After I cut up the cake into even squares, and let them cool and then I put them in the refridgerator. 15 minutes later I took them out and put white frosting in between, and then it went back into the refridgerator. Later I carved, put on the rice crispe treat head positioning it on scewers, covered it all in homeade fondant, and iced the bottom. This process took about 2 days. It was an absoulutely moist cake, and the fondant was very tasty. I'm 12, and my mom did the shopping! Along with some pointers. :) Thanks Mom!
