Vampire!

This cake was made for a 14 year old Goth who liked Twilight and wanted to impress her friends at her birthday party. The coffin is a red velvet cake sunken into a chocolate cake stone floor. The coffin lid is hand painted in food colouring. The friends were impressed with the cake but were totally awed when the coffin was cut and it bled out over the stone floor. The cake took 3 days to make. 1 day to cook the cakes and 2 days of decorating.
