Catcakes

Hello,
I quite enjoying making this cake and i enjoyed every bit of it particularly sculpting it into a cat. I don't have pictures of me painting the cat as i was carried away as of the excitement of finishing the facial feature to make it look really like a cat! It took me 16 hours to make this entire cat including the baking process. The cat is made of vanilla spongecake with vanilla buttercream meringue filling, the whole cake is coated with chocolate ganache before it is entirely covered with vanilla fondant.hmmm, delicious! I use Icewise and satin ice fondant and the top of cat's head is vanilla buttercream.
This is my first time ever to join in Threadcakes awesomeness cake competition and I'm glad I did it though I was in a hurry to finish this cake as I lately know about this online cake competition.
