Hello !
This is the fifth cake I made so far, and the first 3D one so it's not perfect but I still think it's not that bad. It's also my first contest ! And since I enjoyed it, I might do another one next year.
For this piece, I chose to do a simple madeira cake with chocolate ganache, and it took me two days to finish it. My family and friends tasted it and they liked it, asking me to do another one for Christmas eve so I guess it was pretty good :)
