Description
My friends and I were having a goodbye party for my boyfriend, who is a big fan of both Star Wars and Threadless, so I decided to combine the two into a cake!
The cake is lemon poppy seed, and the layers are separated by strawberries and white chocolate frosting. I baked 4 layers over 2 days, and put everything together on day 3. The cake is covered in marshmallow fondant, made from scratch, and everything is edible.
Making and eating this cake was tons of fun!
