Fail

I made this cake over the course of a week because I didn't have enough time any one day to sit down and make the whole thing. The cows are made of gumpaste, and I painted them with gel food coloring diluted with vodka. The moon, trees, and little white stars were made with royal icing. There were several tree mishaps thanks to my clumsiness and total lack of patience, but they all came out in the end! The cake is homemade coconut with homemade buttercream icing, and I covered the cake and the cake board with fondant. The only part that isn't edible is the cake board itself (unless you happen to like eating cardboard - don't worry, I won't judge you).
