Description
This is a simple sponge cake (made with my grandma's super easy recipe), with raspberry mousse between the layers, buttercream on the top, and pink marzipan for decoration.
The cake took me about 6(!) hours to finish, and when it was I was already nosious from tasting everything... So I didn't eat it until the next day, when I had my sister over for coffee and cake. But it was so yummy! Sweet and moist.
