Description
These cupcakes took me about 4 hours to finish. They are vanilla cupcakes with dark chocolate ganache. Initially I wanted to make white chocolate ganache, but I accidentally burnt them :p so I have to go PLAN B!
Making this cupcake is very straight forward, so I dont think I need to explain it :D. The most challenging part of making this cupcake is to cut out the decoration from templates. This is my first time doing it and I was quite happy with the result.
This is my first ever cake contest, if I would discover this contest earlier, I would have make multiple entries and stuffed my husband and friends with cakes to eat :D
