The Composition

A friend of mine told me about the contest and so I thought I will check out the designs and if I see something I want to make into a cake, well...from the 1st page of choices I saw this design and I knew I have to try this. I thought a 9x13 pan may be enough cuz it can feed at least 5 ppl but then I ended up making two pans: coconut and vanilla cake with cream cheese flavor. (I must say the cream cheese is the highlight of the cake for me) My counter space is rather small so I assemble the cake by the stove top and use my counter space for rolling the fondant ( which is made of marshmallow and icing sugar and color food diet)The cake took a good a day and a half to put together and it felt so good to cut into!
