Description
My second threadcakes entry! I had so much fun making the 1st one, and a lot of left over ingredients, and a friend with a birthday coming up, perfect excuses! Love this t-shirt too! I made a chocolate chip sponge for the truck and wheels and layered it with coffee buttercream, toasted hazelnut caramel and butterscotch flavoured fondant,dirty iced with loads of coffee buttercream. And the cone is a fondant wrapped crispie treat.
It took a few days of putting together though I did take my sweet time about it and I'd definatley go bigger next time! tiny detail. I used icning pens and food colour on rice paper, cut them l out and put them onto the truck as transfers and did the same for the cake board with the background of the t-shirt design, think it's my favourite cake board I've done. My mate shared it with her nephews today and said they had a blast..Super Mega Fun!
