Description
I was super excited that the contest was back for another year. I competed last year and was ready to make another cake this year. I had a whole list of designs that I wanted to make into cakes but I couldn't find it. So I got online and looked and found Plenty of Fish in the C and thought that it would be pretty easy and not take a ton of time.
For the cake, it was a box white cake mix. After the cake was baked and cooled, it was crumb coated with homemade buttercream frosting. The cake was then covered in the colored fondant. The fish were made of fondant also. I tried a small piece of cake and it was delish. I brought the cake to work to share with my coworkers. Everyone said that the cake was super cute and very very moist. I am happy that I competed in the competition again this year.
