Description
Well...Neither an artist nor a baker, this was my second time using fondant (first time making my own MMF). I am excited to have had a reason to experiment with so many techniques and materials!
This is a Betty Crocker chocolate box mix made more carvable and fondant-sturdy with additional eggs, oil, and a box of pudding mix, and the frosting is beanut butter buttercream.
The coating is marshmallow fondant tinted with gel coloring, the furniture and kitty are tinted modeling chocolate, and the eyes and spout are royal icing.
Overall this took me...forever! Hours and hours spread over a week. Hopefully next time with a little more experience I'll shave down my time considerably.
