The Buffalo s Plea

This buffalo doesn't want his beautiful delicious wings eaten. Lucky for him they weren't, because I held them together with royal icing, and didn't refrigerate. I made the wings first. Each wing contains 35 gumpaste feathers. Then I painted them with gel food coloring. Next I baked, and frosted the 3 cakes, and covered them with fondant. I attached the wings with more royal icing and a couple of skewers, and painted on the buffalos. I didn't eat his wings, but the rest of him was delicious.
