Magic Bacon Ride

As i was searching through the thousands of designs to choose from, this one stood out for me because i thought it was cute and delicious. I also thought it involved me pushing my boundaries a bit which i love to do. The cake took about 6 hours in total to make not including research, sleepless nights trying to figure out a game plan and structure building. I decided to give this cake to my loving fiance for fathers day :) As chosen by him the cake flavor was strawberry Madeira with fresh strawberry's and jagermeister chocolate ganache. The cake was covered in 50/50 modeling chocolate and fondant and the bacon was made from pastillage. I hope you love it as much as i do :)
