Description
I have decided to add another entry since I didn't see this design the first time around. And I just had to take the opportunity to make my candy sushi! Like I said with my first entry, I simply love making cake and confections that look resemble other food; it's always such a fun challenge!
The cake is a vanilla cake with green tea frosting. The candy sushis are entirely edible made with dried fruit, marshmallow and coconut and were constructed using the exact same method as the conventional kind. I used homemade marshmallow fondant for the dishes and slug whom I've affectionately named Harold.
