Description
Who could ever believe I would decide to make a cake on a subject like this one? I never go to places like that; I don't even go the same street they are situated on if I can avoid it...Well, maybe that is why?
The cake is made of thin chocolate layers. Some of them are put together with ganache, that is the middle part of the cake. Round this one there are rolled long strips of cake layers, filled with vanilla cream.
The middle/the top of the cake is shaped in form.
The sides are just very slightly covered with butter icing, since the way the cake is build, gives a pretty nice surface.
The figures are made of modelling paste, which I prepare myself.
So is the fondant that the cake and the board are covered with.
?oothpicks support some of the clouds on their places..
Everything else is edible (and some really soft and tasty cake, such a threat to a figure, trying to jump into the last year's jeans :+[ )
