Description
Who could resist all those cute, if slightly defective, bunnies?
The cake had to be carrot cake, of course. I ended up with 2 cakes mixes and one from-scratch batch. Instead of cream cheese icing, which I had deemed too soft, I went with an Italian Meringue Buttercream.
The ears and miscellaneous shapes are all cut out of fondant. It took about 5 hours start to finish, but some of that time was spend going to the store for more butter. =)
I'm not sure what we will do with 58 cupcakes, considering I only started with 2... =P
