Description
This is my second entry this year: I wanted to participate with two cakes because last year I found out about the competition just a few days after the deadline.
I baked the cake in a 17cm pan. It was a vanilla cake with chocolate chips filled with ricotta frosting. I made the design of fondant and painted it by hand with food colourings. I enjoyed quite a lot this "watercolour" experience but it took me much more time than I expected.
The cake was tasty: I shared it with some friends (unfortunately I didn't make pictures) and with my family. I guess I shouldn't mention that most of it was eaten by me :)
