Discounting Calories

My first, of what I'm sure will be many cakes designs. As soon as I saw this design I knew I wanted to make a small cake from it! I baked a few 8" chocolates and cut them with a small round cutter for the layers. Then I covered each layer in buttercream and then in fondant. As such, the cheese and lettuce are just sheets of fondant. Eyes and mouth are fondant as well. There are no cake plates or cardboard rounds in the cake just the board. There is one bamboo dowel though the center to keep it standing straight. In total, this cake stood about 8 inches tall. Enjoy him as much as I enjoyed making the little guy!
